Azerbaijan has published a report on the complaint index for compulsory motor insurance for the period from March 2024 to February 2025. According to the Central Bank, the highest complaint index among insurance companies belongs to one of the market leaders - PAŞA Sığorta.

The company's index entered the high complaint index zone, amounting to 1.3, ABC.AZ writes.

It is noted that only PAŞA Sığorta currently remains in this zone, which the Central Bank assesses as the "red zone". Next comes another leader - Atəşgah with 1.15. At the same time, the lowest index belongs to Qala Sığorta. All these companies are among the top 5 leaders in terms of GWP collected in 2024.

The Central Bank added that PAŞA Sığorta entered the “red zone” at the end of last year. Before that, the highest index was held by Xalq Sığorta, which has now managed to advance to the middle zone of complaints – the “yellow zone,” the source writes.
