The risk management and insurance company Global Benefits Georgia has insured an unprecedented construction project of Orbi Group and Block LLC "Central Park Tower". The investment volume of the construction project is 300 million US dollars. Total premium of Global Benefits Georgia's insurance package is 1 million Gel (~EUR 350.877).

During the construction process Orbi Group and Block LLC will employee 2,500 employees and create 2,000 new jobs after the complex will be put into creation.

Global Benefits Georgia with the partnership of an International top-rated reinsurance companies as Swiss Re, Hanover Re and Polish Re has created an unprecedented insurance policy for largest construction project in Georgia. The full cycle of the construction process is insured against all risks. Policy covers all the below mentioned risks during the construction process and after completion of the construction and includes the detection of the existing defects and their compensation during the next 2 years after the exploitation of the project.

• Damage to private or state property during construction
• Equipment on the construction site

The ceremony of signing the largest insurance policy memorandum between Orbi, Block LLC and the insurance company Global Benefits Georgia was held on June 13, at the "Central Park Tower" project site.

"Central Park Tower" will be a hub that will house 1,500 rooms across 25 five-star hotels, with international hotel operator "Radison Blue" operating 150 rooms. In addition, the project will include a large event hall for 2,500 people, a luxury brand mall, seven premium class restaurants and lots of other luxury facilities for tourism and business.
