On December 13, 2019, during the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Generali TU SA, Roger HODGKISS was appointed as Member of the Company's Management Board.

Roger HODGKISS joined Generali Polska recently, on November 25, 2019. He was responsible with the P&C sales network and marketing of Generali and Proama.

Before working in Poland, HODGKISS was the commercial director of Intouch Insurance and the general director of AAS Balta in Latvia. In 2009-2015, HODGKISS was the president of Link4 and helped transform the company from a direct insurer into a multi-channel insurer, making Link4 a credible player on the Polish market. In 2016 he joined the Management Board of PZU SA and PZU Zycie.
