ERGO is one of the leading employers in Europe in 2026. The renowned “Top Employers Institute” has awarded the company its seal of approval in seven countries: Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, and Spain received the award for the first time, while Germany was recognized for the fourth time and Poland for the fifth time.

According to the Group’s press release, this award underscores ERGO's ongoing commitment as an international employer to offering its employees an attractive working environment.

One of the areas in which ERGO performed particularly well across Europe was “Talent Acquisition.” With a clear strategy and a strong employer promise, the company is able to attract the right talent and retain them in the long term.

ERGO is also leading in “Wellbeing/Employee Health.” Here, the company has defined a group-wide strategy that focuses on the holistic health of its employees as an important success factor and promotes it accordingly.
