Life insurance increased by 2.6% on the year to ALL 1.4 billion in the January-July period, AFSA said.
The total gross claims paid rose by 12.5% on the year to ALL 5.4 billion (~EUR 58.38 million).
It is noted that the statistics comprise data from eight insurance companies operating in Albania.
