Serbian insurance company UNIQA Osiguranje recorded in 2010 the highest growth of the gross written premiums volume of the top 5 insurers on the market. Thus, according to preliminary results, the total value of underwritings registered an advance of 19.66%, reaching RSD 3.47 billion (approximately EUR 33.56 million).

Also, UNIQA Osiguranje market share has increased, from 5.4% at the end of 2009 to 6.1% at the end of 2010.

According to the report of the National Bank of Serbia, which analyzes the financial results of 11 insurance companies, 2010 is the third year in a row in which UNIQA Osiguranje is "the best claims solver on the Motor Hull insurance segment".

It is present in Serbia through two companies: UNIQA Zivotno Osiguranje, offering life insurance, and UNIQA Nezivtno Osigurance, offering general insurance.
