Azerbaijani life insurance company Mega Hayat, which recently entered the domestic market, became a new member of AIA, Trend reported with reference to the AIA.

According to the Association, the company's membership was confirmed at a meeting of the AIA supervisory board.

Earlier this year in February, Mega Hayat was issued a license for a period of five years. Thus, the number of insurance companies in Azerbaijan increased from 19 to 20, and in the life insurance segment - from 4 to 5.
