The first panel of the opening day will offer to the speakers representing top insurance companies from the ex-Yugoslavian and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency the opportunity to share their views with regard the Challenges and Opportunities of a Changed Insurers' Environment. In the panel's opening Tadej COROLI, Member of the Board, Zavarovalnica TRIGLAV, will give the presentation "Insurance - a View to the Future".
The future of the Motor insurance field will make the topic of a dedicated panel conducted by Jasminka Horvat-Martinovic, Member of the Board, Wiener osiguranje VIG and benefiting from the participation of Allianz Zagreb, Generali, Ergo, Croatia osiguranje, Triglav, Euroherc. In the panel's opening, Michael THEILMEIER, Gen Re, German Insurance Association - GDV will give a speech sharing the German experience in the field.
The first day of the conference will also address issues related to the technological improvement in the insurance industry.
On Friday, November 6th, the forthcoming implementation of the Solvency II regime will be the opening topic in the plenary session, followed by a panel on health insurance. A discussion about the role of insurance in the Croatian economy will end the day.
The parallel session in fully dedicated to the motor insurance topics: case studies and industry novelties will allow the conference participants to get in touch with the latest information about the high tech technologies, as well as with different operational and legal aspects specific to the motor insurance business lines.
