Macedonian non-life insurance company Osiguritelna Polisa said its audited net profit rose to 44.2 million denars ($949,690/717,960 euro) in 2011 from 42.6 denars a year earlier.

The company's total income rose to 554 million denars last year from 524.2 million denars in 2010, while operating costs increased to 508.6 million denars from 480.1 million denars, Osiguritelna Polisa said in an audited report sent to the Macedonian Stock Exchange last week.
