Total GWP of insurance companies operating in Kosovo increased to EUR 126.6 million in the eight months through August, from EUR 120.3 million in the same period of 2025, SeeNews reported citing the central bank.

According to the central bank, the combined net profit of Kosovo insurers grew 3% in the January - August period, to EUR 14.2 million.

Assets held by the insurance companies expanded by an annual 13% to EUR 402.2 million, the source added.
