Allianz-Țiriac has announced several changes to its executive management team, with Aurel Badea set to leave the company at the end of 2026, Adriana Matache taking over responsibility for the technical area, and Andrei Rubeli joining the insurer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Aurel Badea will conclude his career with Allianz-Țiriac on December 31, 2026, after almost 33 years with the company. Throughout his career, he played a key role in developing the insurer's actuarial and underwriting functions and served as a member of the executive management team, including as Deputy CEO.

Starting in November 2026, Adriana Matache, currently CFO and Deputy CEO, will take responsibility for the company's technical area while retaining her position as Deputy CEO. In her new role, she will oversee product management, underwriting and actuarial activities.

Matache has been with Allianz-Țiriac for more than nine years, contributing to the company's financial performance and development.

Also in November, Andrei Rubeli will join Allianz-Țiriac as the company's new CFO. He brings more than 16 years of insurance industry experience, including responsibilities in finance, pricing and actuarial functions.

“These changes reflect Allianz-Țiriac's continued focus on leadership continuity and the company's long-term development,” said Virgil Șoncutean, CEO of Allianz-Țiriac, thanking Aurel Badea for his contribution over the past three decades and highlighting the experience that Matache and Rubeli will bring to their new roles.
