Slovene insurange group TRIGLAV announced Natasa DAMJANOVIC, a Supervisory Board member of Zavarovalnica TRIGLAV, resigned as a Supervisory Board member of Zavarovalnica TRIGLAV on 18 June 2020 due to commitments related to her new employment.

"Her resignation will take effect and her term of office will end upon the expiry of a three-month notice period in accordance with paragraph two of Article 21 of Articles of Association of Zavarovalnica TRIGLAV d.d., i.e. on 18 September 2020, or earlier if a new member of the Supervisory Board is appointed before the expiry of the notice period".
