VLAHOVIC will hold this position from 1 January 2021 to 2023, while the current president, Rino BUBICIC, remains a member of the Supervisory Board.
During the period of VLAHOVIC's management, ADRIS grupa "increased its revenue tenfold, its profit thirtyfold, and its equity value as many as fifty times over. The number of employees increased twenty times over, and the value of shares more than a hundred times over! At the same time, ADRIS invested more than HRK 10 billion, of which more than HRK 6 billion in tourism. Three-quarters of the shares are still owned by current and former employees. VLAHOVIC, together with his family, owns 15.53% of the company's share capital. By the end of 2019, ADRIS grupa generated annual revenues of more than HRK 6 billion and employed more than six thousand people".
