The Polish Financial Supervision Authority decided on July 14, 2020 on several appointments for the position of risk management responsible in four insurance companies belonging to the VIG si WARTA groups.

• Ireneusz ARCZEWSKI for the position of Member of the Board of Compensa Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen SA Vienna Insurance Group responsible for risk management
• Ireneusz ARCZEWSKI for the position of Member of the Management Board of Compensa Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen na Zycie SA Vienna Insurance Group responsible for risk management
• Anna SWIDERSKA for the position of the Member of the Management Board of Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen i Reasekuracji "WARTA" SA responsible for risk management
• Anna SWIDERSKA for the position of the Member of the Management Board of Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen na Zycie "WARTA" SA responsible for risk management

Ireneusz ARCZEWSKI is member in the Supervisory Board of Compensa Life VIG and Vice President of the Management Board of Compensa VIG since 2000. He is responsible for accounting, controlling, reporting, investments and reinsurance. He also performs many functions in the Vienna Insurance Group. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of several VIG subsidiaries from Polond and the Baltics.

Anna SWIDERSKA was appointed by the Supervisory Board of TUiR "WARTA" SA and TUnZ "WARTA" SA to the position of the Vice President of the Management Board, starting 1 July 2020. She is responsible for the Finance Division, including for investment activities, reporting, controlling, taxes, risk management, accounting and administration. Anna SWIDERSKA has almost 20 years of experience in financial management of companies.
