Starting January 1, 2023, Artur BOROWINSKI will be the new President of the Management Board of one of the largest insurers in Poland - ERGO Hestia, replacing Piotr Maria SLIWICKI - which headed the company since the beginning of the company's operations - for more than 31 years.

Artur BOROWINSKI has 20 years of experience in insurance, and since 2014 he has been the President of the Management Board of Compensa TU SA VIG and Compensa TUnZ SA VIG.

"Changes in the Management Board require formal decisions by the Supervisory Boards of companies (Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen ERGO Hestia SA and Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen na Zycie ERGO Hestia SA) and obtaining approvals from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority", as the insurer mentioned on its website .
