Gregor PILGRAM will succeed Alfred LEU who will no longer extend his mandate as Chairman of the Board of Directors and will retire at the end of this year after working for the GENERALI Group for more than 30 years. The appointment of Gregor PILGRAM is subject to regulatory approval.

Gregor PILGRAM, who graduated from Vienna Economic University with a degree in Business Administration, has been working for the GENERALI Group in various international functions since 1999.
In 2004 he was appointed to the Board of Directors of GENERALI Slovenia and took over as Chairman in 2008. Since then he has shared responsibility for the activities in Croatia. Gregor PILGRAM has been a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of GENERALI CEE Holding B.V. in Prague since 2013, and Chief Financial Officer of the Austria, CEE and Russia Region.
