Croatian largest insurer CO (Croatia osiguranje) announced in a statement that Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) authorised Zoran BARAC as a member of the CO Supervisory Board.

"We inform the investment public that the Governing Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) at its session held 7 October 2021 adopted a decision granting authorization to Zoran BARAC from Zagreb (...) to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje (...), for a term of 4 years, starting from the date of receipt of the decision of the HANFA, precisely from 11 October 2021".
