Croatia osiguranje, the largest Croatian insurer and one of the largest insurance group in the Adriatic Region announced in a statement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange website that HANFA (Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency) authorized Zeljko Lovrincevic as member of the Supervisory Board of CROATIA osiguranje.

"We inform the investment public that the Governing Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) at its session held 14 July 2021 adopted a decision granting authorization to Zeljko Lovrincevic to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d.(...), for the term lasting from 20 September 2021 to 20 September 2025".
