Boris Umanov has decided to leave the position of chairman of the board and member of the board of directors of the market leader - EURASIA at his own request, the insurer reports.

The report notes that EURASIA is entering a new stage of development, for which shareholders and management have been preparing in recent years. The company will focus on development of advanced digital services, continuing to be the leader and a benchmark for the entire insurance sector of Kazakhstan.

Samat KABDOLOV, who has been responsible for the strategically important areas of the company's activities - underwriting and reinsurance, has been elected as interim chairman of the company's board of directors.
