On July 2, 2025, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) unanimously approved the appointment of Andrzej Klesyk as CEO of PZU SA, the company said.

It is noted that on February 27, 2025, Andrzej Klesyk was appointed to the PZU SA Management Board, effective March 3, 2025, by the company's Supervisory Board, which appointed him CEO, subject to KNF approval. Since then, he has led the PZU SA Management Board as acting CEO.
