The General Meeting of NN Group adopted all proposals on the agenda of the 2023 annual general meeting (AGM), including the adoption of the annual accounts for the financial year 2022, the payment of a 2022 final dividend of EUR 1.79 per ordinary share.

At the same time, as per the close of the AGM, David Knibbe has been reappointed as member of the Executive Board, Chief Executive Officer and chair of the Executive Board and Management Board after notification to the General Meeting.

Pauline van der Meer Mohr has been appointed as vice-chair of the Supervisory Board. In this role, she succeeds Helene Vletter-van Dort who stepped down as per the close of the AGM, after having served two terms as a member of the Supervisory Board.
