Marsh, one of the the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor, announced that Sarah Stephens, current Head of Cyber for the UK and International, Marsh Specialty, will assume the role of US Central Zone Leader effective May 1, reporting to Pat Donnelly, President, US and Canada, Marsh.

In this role, Stephens will relocate to Chicago from London and lead Marsh's 18 offices across the Central region of the US, with responsibility for client initiatives, new business, and talent development.

Sarah Stephens brings nearly 20 years of insurance and risk management experience to the role having joined Marsh from JLT in 2019 as Cyber, Media & Technology Leader within the UK Financial and Professional Services (FINPRO) Practice.

She was named Head of Cyber, UK and International in 2020. Before joining JLT in 2015, Sarah Stephens spent 12 years with Aon starting as a client specialist supporting large, complex accounts in the US. She moved into a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately being named Head of Cyber & Commercial Errors & Omissions for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in 2014.
