The "Best Employers 2026" ranking was prepared by Forbes magazine in collaboration with the research firm Statista. The final ranking was based on approximately 450,000 individual employee assessments. This year's ranking particularly recognized organizations that build employee engagement, strengthen trust, and effectively respond to the challenges of the modern labor market.
"We see UNIQA's excellent result in the ranking as confirmation that we are successfully building an organization based on respect, diversity, ethics, and collaborative action. The strength of our organizational culture is also demonstrated by the results of regularly conducted internal engagement surveys. A staggering 91% of employees participated in the latest edition of the organization's pulse. This high turnout and positive ratings demonstrate that employees not only identify with the company but also want to actively participate in its development", said Piotr Lipa, member of the UNIQA management board in Poland.
