Vancho BALEN and Luka BABIC are the two new members appointed in the Management Board of Croatia Osiguranje on 19 April, effective immediately. Their mandates will last until 2022 end-year.

Robert VUCKOVIC's term of office was also extended until December 2022, while Miroslav KLEPAC, who's mandate expired, left the Board.

Vanco BALEN will coordinate the business activities of the insurance operations area after previously filling the position of Executive Director within the company. He has been with Croatia Insurance since 2012, heading throughout the period the Risk Management Division, the Life and Health Insurance Division, and the Insurance Portfolio Management Division. Vanco graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, majoring in financial and business mathematics.

Luka BABIC will coordinate the business activities of the financial sector. Previously he held for six years the position of director of the Controlling Division of Croatia osiguranje. Luka graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, and before joining the insurers' team has accumulated a vast experience in financial consultancy.

Davor TOMASKOVIC, President of the Management Board of Croatia osiguranje, said:
