As part of the new term, Pawel Slawomir, Malgorzata SADURSKA, Tomasz KULIK and Maciej RAPKIEWICZ will continue their functions in the Management Board . The composition of the Management Board was additionally strengthened by three new members: Elzbieta HAUSER-SCHONEICH and Adam BRZOZOWSKI, who will start working in the Management Board of PZU SA after the general meeting of the company and Marcin ECKERT, who joined the Management Board at the time of its appointment.

Who are the three new members of the Board:
Elzbieta HAUSER-SCHONEICH is a leader with over twenty years of experience in international institutions operating in the insurance, telecommunications and FMCG sectors. Prior to taking up a position in the PZU Management Board, she was a member of the T-mobile board, and in 2008-2015 she was the vice-president of the insurance company Aviva. In 2002-2005, as a founding member and member of the board of Link4, she was responsible for business development and marketing of the company.
Adam BRZOZOWSKI is a leader and innovator with extensive professional achievements in the insurance sector. The experience of Adam Brzozowski includes work for international corporations, consulting companies and the start-up environment. He worked, among others at Octo Telematics specializing in technology and data analytics. From 2016, he was the leader of the InsurTech division in the Asia-Pacific region at EY. He also implemented digital strategies and digital insurance products in cooperation with companies such as Allianz Insurance and Zurich Insurance.
Marcin ECKERT is a legal advisor with over 20 years of practice. He worked in the international consulting company EY and in the law offices of TGC Corporate Laywers and Bird & Bird. He was involved in advising economic entities, including taxation. From 2017, he was the Managing Director for Corporate Affairs in the PZU Group.
