Pawel KACPRZYK has a strong background in insurance and healthcare, and a proven track record in CEO roles and executive positions over the past 20 years. As CEO, and Managing Director of Healthcare Insurance Division at PZU Group, Pawel was responsible for the development of healthcare insurance business lines from 2015 to 2017. From 2011 to 2014, he was CEO and President of the Board of Medicover.
In his role as CEO Nationale-Nederlanden in Poland, Pawel will focus on further strengthening NN's commercial position, and on driving the growth agenda in Poland. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
