French insurance group AXA announced its BoD decided to appointed Clotilde Delbos as member of AXA's Board of Directors to replace Irene Dorner.

"AXA's Board of Directors acknowledged Mrs. Irene Dorner's resignation from the Board as she wishes to devote more time to her role as Chairwoman of Taylor Wimpey Plc (United Kingdom) which she assumed in February 2020".

Currently, Clotilde Delbos is Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Renault Group, which she joined in 2012 and where she served as interim Chief Executive Officer from October 2019 to July 2020.

"The Board of Directors, following the recommendation of its Compensation & Governance Committee, decided to coopt Mrs. Clotilde Delbos to the Board with immediate effect for the remainder of Mrs. Irene Dorner's mandate, i.e. until the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements of the 2023 fiscal year. Ratification of her cooptation will be proposed at AXA's next Shareholders' Meeting".
