Teodor UNGUREANU is the new General Manager of the insurance company MOLDCARGO, according to an announcement published by the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF).

Thus, CNPF authorized in the last meeting the approval of Teodor UNGUREANU's candidacy for the position of General Manager (unipersonal executive body) of MOLDCARGO with the issuance of the corresponding approval.

"In the context of strengthening the stability and financial sustainability of the insurance market, we consider necessary and timely a significant change in the medium and long term strategy of the Insurance-Reinsurance Company MOLDCARGO by: developing the company's capabilities in accordance with increasing insurance market requirements and rigor legislative; increasing the company's attractiveness for consumers and investors, but also its value for shareholders, " Mr. UNGUREANU told to www.xprimm.md.

Teodor UNGUREANU, current First Deputy General Manager of SAR MOLDCARGO SA, future General Manager of SAR MOLDCARGO SA has been active in insurance for over 26 years, being involved in the activities of insurance companies such as Donaris (10 years), Acord Grup, Moldcargo (5 years), as well as the founder of an insurance broker (BAR Hermina SRL).

Teodor UNGUREANU will replace Vladimir STIRBU who was General Manager since March 2015.

MOLDCARGO ended 2020 with subscriptions on Green Card and RCA of LEI 20.77 million, respectively LEI 29.25 million, being the 6^th insurance company in Moldova.
