CIESLAK is replacing Jan STOK, who will continue to be a member of the Group Management Team concentrating on the Czech and Slovakia operations and strategic acquisitions.
As MAI CEE explained, new appointment is "the next step in the planned growth strategy and further expansion in the region. MAI CEE is an established and recognized provider of high-quality insurance, employee benefits and risk management solutions in the Eastern-European region".
CIESLAK started as an insurance broker in 1996. He worked for Sedgwick, Marsh and JLT. In 2002 CIESLAK joined MAI Poland and from 2008 has been a member of the MAI CEE Group Advisory Board. Since his appointment as CEO of the MAI CEE Poland operations in 2011, he has achieved significant growth establishing MAI CEE Poland at the forefront of the Polish insurance broking industry.
