The Supervisory Board of Triglav reappointed Marica Makoter as the Management Board member - Employee Representative at the proposal of the Company's Works Council.

Marica Makoter represents workers' interests in compliance with the Worker Participation in Management Act. She is in charge of the Fraud Prevention, Detection and Investigation Department and the Project Change and the Portfolio Management Department. Moreover, she is responsible for the IT Division, the Back Office Division and the Human Resource Management Division, excluding senior management staffing.

Her new five-year term will begin on 23 December 2021.
