On April 24, 2025, a General Meeting of members of the MTIBU (Motor (Transport) Bureau of Ukraine) and the General Meeting of full MTIBU members was held, at which insurers elected the composition of the MTIBU Supervisory Board for domestic insurance and activities within the international motor insurance system Green Card, Forinsurer writes.
According to the decision of the General Meeting of members of the MTIBU, the following top managers were elected to the Supervisory Board for domestic insurance and general issues of the MTIBU activities:
- Meyzner Jacek, Chairman of the Board of ORANTA;
- Gritsuta Dmitriy, Chairman of the Board of KNYAZHA VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP;
- Ulye Olena, Chairman of the Board of UNIQA;
- Mezhebitsky Maksym, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of ARX;
- Artyukhov Andriy, Chairman of the Board of VUSO;
- Zubach Vasyliy, Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs of GUARDIAN;
- Yakovenko Andriy, Chairman of the Board of Euroins Ukraine.
The general meeting of full MTIBU members decided to elect the following members of the Supervisory Board for International Affairs of MTIBU, which will coordinate activities within the framework of the international motor insurance system Green Card: - Meyzner Jacek, Chairman of the Board of ORANTA;
- Tsaruk Pavel, Chairman of the Board of TAS;
- Mezhebitsky Maksym, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of ARX;
- Zubach Vasyliy, Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs of GUARDIAN;
- Nelga Pavel, Chairman of the Board of USG.
Formation of the Supervisory Boards of MTIBU is an important step for further development and reform of MTIBU, which will ensure effective functioning of the organization and improve provision of insurance services in motor insurance.
