Vinzenz Benedikt is taking over as Head of Group Finance at UNIQA Insurance Group AG, the Group said in its press release.

It is noted that he has already spent 14 years at UNIQA, where he was most recently responsible for international performance management and Group-wide mergers and acquisitions. In this role, he was responsible for the successful takeover of the AXA companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, among other things. The previous Head of Group Finance, Petra Umbrich, is taking on new challenges at her own request.
