Jasmin STAIBLIN, Michael HALBHERR and Barry STOWE were elected as new members of the Board. Zurich's Board now numbers 11 members of which 5 are women.
In the constituent meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors re-elected Christoph FRANZ as Vice-Chairman.
The Board of Directors and committees now consist of the following members:

Audit Committee
Risk and Investment Committee
Governance, Nominations and Sustainability Committee
Shareholders also approved the dividend of CHF 19 per share, "one of the highest in the insurance industry and in Switzerland. With a total shareholder return of 80% since March 2016, ZURICH has outpaced most of its peers. This year, ZURICH became the most valuable Swiss financial company by market capitalization," the company announced in a statement.
