The insurance company VUSO (one of the TOP 10 insurers in Ukraine) collected premiums worth about UAH 2 billion (~EUR 51.04 million) in January-September 2023, which is 64.4% more y-o-y, Forinsurer reports.

Growth was observed in almost all LoBs: voluntary health insurance – UAH 391.8 million (+238%), travel insurance – UAH 74.9 million (+15%), MoD – UAH 497.4 million (+70%), MTPL – UAH 260.4 million (+26%).

For 9 months of 2023, the company paid out UAH 679.9 million, including for the following types of insurance: voluntary health insurance – UAH 177.4 million (+394%), MTPL – UAH 116.6 million (+69%), MoD – UAH 189.8 million (+45.5%).

According to MTIBU, VUSO was included in the list of insurers making the largest number of MTPL damage payments within up to 60 days, which is 83.3% of the total company’s paid claims.
