On December 22, 2025, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority unanimously approved the appointment of Bogdan Benczak as CEO of PZU SA, the company announced on its website.
The PZU SA Supervisory Board appointed Bogdan Benczak to the company's management board, effective September 25, 2025, entrusting him with the role of CEO, subject to KNF approval. Since then, he has led the work of the PZU SA management board – previously serving as acting CEO and now as its CEO.
