Hungarian insurer CIG Pannonia announced in a statement the termination by mutual of the employment of its CEO Zoltan Polanyi.

"CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. hereby informs the Esteemed Shareholders and the participants of the capital market that the employment of CEO Zoltan Polanyi in the Company and in its 100% owned subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. is terminated by mutual agreement. From January 16, 2023, the Company will be managed by CEO Dr. Istvan Fedak. On the same day, Zoltan Pol?nyi resigned from the Managing Board of both companies".
