CROATIA: Kristijan BUK is the new president of the HANFA Council

At their last session this year, the members of the HANFA Council unanimously elected Kristijan BUK as the new President of the HANFA (Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency) Council, svijetosiguranja.eu wrote.

Kristijan BUK has been a member of the HANFA Council for many years as a representative of the Association of Pension Fund Management Companies and Pension Insurance Companies. He is the President of the Management Board of Allianz ZB d.o.o. - mandatory and voluntary pension fund management company since 2017, and before that he was the President of the Supervisory Board of Allianz ZB, from 2007 to 2015 he was also a member of the Finance Management Board of Allianz Zagreb Insurance Company.

In addition to the President of the Council Kristijan BUK and the President of the Management Board Ante ZIGMAN, the members of the Council in the next four years are: Davor TOMASKOVIC, President of the Management Board of Croatia Osiguranje, Josip GLAVAS, President of the Management Board of Erste Asset Management , Ivana GAZIC, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ivana Ravlic IVANOVIC and Ivana ZEPIC - Head of the Financial System Sector in the Ministry of Finance, Novka SIMI?C, Senior Adviser Ministry of Finance and Marko JURANIC, Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing Croatia.

The HANFA Council is an advisory body of HANFA, which has been meeting regularly since 2009, and provides opinions, expert and scientific advice in order to develop and improve supervisory practices in the non-banking financial sector.
