The Supervisory Board of NN Group intends to reappoint David Knibbe as member of the Executive Board of NN Group and to designate him again as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and chair of the Executive Board for a term of four years, as the Dutch group announced in a statement.

The current term of appointment of David Knibbe ends at the close of the annual general meeting (AGM) of NN Group to be held on 2 June 2023. The reappointment will be effective after notification to the General Meeting at the AGM.

David Knibbe was appointed as member and chair of the Executive Board and CEO of NN Group as of 1 October 2019.
