KBC Group Julia KIRALY to resign as director

Belgian financial group KBC informed that Julia KIRALY, non-executive, independent director on the Board of Directors of KBC Group and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committee of KBC Group, has announced that for personal reasons she wishes to resign as director.

"KBC Group takes note of her resignation. On the initiative of the nomination committee, the Board of Directors will start the process of proposing a new independent director".
