Croatia's largest insurer - Croatia Osiguranje announced the appointment of Pero Kovacic as a new employee representative to the supervisory board. His term of office runs from 10 March 2022 to 10 March 2026.

"We inform the investment public that elections have been held for the employee representative to the Supervisory Board of CROATIA Osiguranje (...) and that for a member of the Supervisory Board of CROATIA Osiguranje d.d. is elected employee Pero KOVACIC (...) for a term of 4 years, starting from the 10 March 2022".
