Polish insurance group PZU announced that Tomasz KUCZUR resigned from the company's SB member position as of 11 October 2021.

"The Management Board of Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen Spolka Akcyjna ("PZU SA") hereby reports that Mr. Tomasz KUCZUR tendered his resignation from serving in the capacity of PZU SA Supervisory Board Member as of 11 October 2021.

The tendered resignation does not give any reasons ".
