Gulnara ORLOVA has been appointed head of the department for the development of additional services of ROSGOSSTRAKH Life, according to the insurer's press release.

She will be responsible for development, launch and maintenance of products with medical and other additional services, including development of service support models, building engagement, and ensuring quality control.

Before Gulnara ORLOVA held the position of Deputy chief operating officer - Chief underwriter at SBERBANK Life insurance, where she worked since 2012 and led the divisions of underwriting, reinsurance, claim settlement and after-sales services. In recent years, she headed launch of products with medical services and artificial intelligence. She started her career in 2004 at ROSNO insurance company, the press-release said.
