TAS Group, the leader in the Ukrainian non-life insurance market, collected UAH 3,857.1 million (~EUR 77.81 million) from January to June 2026, which is 11.6% more y-o-y, Forinsurer writes.

Specifically, TAS collected UAH 577.25 million in MoD in the reporting period, which is equal to 14.97% of the Group’s total and 19.8% higher y-o-y. The insurer's MTPL business expanded by 13.4%: the company collected UAH 2,112.21 million, representing 54.76% of its total premiums in the first half of the year. The share of Green Card policies in TAS's portfolio for the first six months of 2026 was 13.46%, with the company collecting UAH 518.99 million in the segment.

TAS Group's paid claims for the reporting period amounted to UAH 2,140.45 million (~EUR 43.18 million), which is 66% higher y-o-y.

The share of MoD in the insurer's claims portfolio was 19.72% (UAH 422.15 million, +31.6%). The company's MTPL paid claims rose almost 2.5-fold, reaching UAH 1,066.3 million, or 49.82% of the insurer's total. The company paid out UAH 353.13 million in Green Card insurance claims in the first half of the year, representing 16.5% of the company's total payments for the reporting period and 9.9% higher y-o-y, the source writes.
