Bogdan BICHINET will join the management team of GENERALI Romania as Member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer - CFO starting March 1st, after this week the Board of the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) approved its appointment.

He is to take over the position from Paolo COLETTO, who is to retiring at the end of his mandate on February 28, 2019, ending a career within GENERALI Group of more than 30 years.

Thus, starting March 1st the Management Board of GENERALI Romania will be composed of:

• Adrian MARIN, Chief Executive Officer
• Daniela PENE, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
• Ales TAUSCHE, Chief Insurance Officer
• Bogdan BICHINET, Chief Financial Officer
• Daniela COVACESCU, Chief Operations Officer

Bogdan BICHINET began his career in GENERALI Romania in 2011. Starting in 2016, he took over the supervisory role of the ACEER Region (Austria, CEE and Russia) in the financial division of the GENERALI Group.
