The leading position in the insurance market in 2025 was firmly held by ASA CENTRAL osiguranje with more than 147 million KM in premiums, which represents a growth of 15.4% y-o-y, the insurer said.

The number of reported claims in 2025 reached almost 43 thousand claims, 99% of which were settled and paid, justifying the title "Champion in Claims Payment". Total paid claims of the company in 2025 reached almost 58 million KM.

ASA CENTRAL osiguranje is setting trends in the BiH insurance market - in addition to new products, innovative voluntary health insurance, and many other benefits, at the end of 2025 it announced the establishment and start of operations of two new companies in 2026, which, with their narrow specialization, will contribute to preserving the ASA CENTRAL osiguranje's leading position on the market.

"In addition to the premium growth plan in 2026, two new companies are starting to operate: ASA LIFE - a life insurance company and ASA RE - a reinsurance company. We see this as a logical sequence of our development in the market, because the ASA CENTRAL company itself has reached such a level that establishment of new companies in the market, which will be an integral part of the ASA Group, represents a new challenge for us that we are looking forward to, that we have the capacity for and that we are working on with dedication", emphasized Feđa Morankić , Director of ASA CENTRAL osiguranje.

New life insurance and reinsurance companies will officially start operating in 2026, the company added.
