In the last nine months, Uniqa Insurance has been implementing its new strategy, and a new member was added to the top management board, as the insurer announced.
When the company's CEO, Julianna DINSDALE, launched the Uniqa 3.0 strategy, she set out to focus on rapid growth based on a sustainable, omnichannel model. The core of rapid growth is focusing on key sectors and non-life business lines with the highest growth potential. To achieve the strategic goals as quickly as possible, several agile developments have begun within the organization.
Tibor ZUBOR joined the Board as Director of the Corporate Business Unit. He began his career at Allianz in 2004. Since 2009, he has held a number of management positions and joined Uniqa Insurance at the end of August 2021.
The Hungarian company is one of the four key insurance groups in Central and Eastern European countries. At the group level, UNIQA achieved a pre-tax profit of EUR 216 million in the first nine months of 2021, with premium income up 17% in the first half of 2021.
